At Thousand Hills Church our Creative Arts Ministry’s primary purpose is to use our gifts of singing, dancing, acting, painting, and all other forms of art to make known the resounding truth that there is truly no other being or thing in this universe that can provide the eternal life and joy that Jesus does. Due to this belief, we exhaust our energy and talents on the things of our Almighty God. When we worship Jesus and portray His unfailing love through our talents and abilities, it is simply a result of the love, mercy, grace and joy we have received in our own lives through our glorious God. Below are the opportunities and avenues where you can use your talents at Thousand Hills. Read about each to see if there is a portion of our Creative Arts Ministry you would like to be a part of.

Here at Thousand Hills Church, giving God glory through music is a huge part of who we are. Our Music Ministry’s primary purpose is to lead people into God’s presence for a personal and passionate time of praising and worshiping our Lord. We see God’s presence as one of the greatest mysteries of the Father’s boundless grace in the fact that God, the Creator of all, makes His presence accessible through His son, Jesus. When we worship Jesus through music, it is an outpouring from our hearts of love and affection towards our Father in Heaven. If you would like to be involved in our Music Ministry, whether that be vocally or instrumentally, please visit our serving page.

Our church strongly encourages productions or illustrated sermons during holidays such as Easter and Christmas. During these artistic depictions of the Gospel, we combine singers, dancers, children’s choirs and actors into an original and cohesive story line that gives people the opportunity to hear about the free gift of salvation through Jesus Christ. Even if you have never been involved in a production before or aren’t sure if it’s something you are capable of doing, we are always looking for willing hearts and would love to have you be a part.
